Yada International Visits Colisee Patrimoine Group’s Aged-care Institutions

In late July, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning led a delegation to visit Colisee Patrimoine Group’s aged-care institutions. The delegation successively visited five aged-care institutions in operation and under construction which were located at Paris, Barcelona, Nice and Bordeaux.

Accompanied by Director General Delegates of Colisee Patrimoine Group Mr. Pascal Brunelet and these aged-care institutions’ principals, the delegation mainly learned about the environment, facilities, development histories and current situations of these institutions, and carried out a detailed discussion on the operation concept, management mode, pricing standards and profit situations. Through discussion, the delegation managed to think more thoroughly and, exchange views with the counterparts in France and Spain, obtained valuable experiences and laid the foundation for further cooperation between Yada and Colisee.

During the visit, Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced the market demand and policy environment of China’s aged-care industry as well as the specific characteristics of Yada’s projects to the counterparts in France and Spain. He pointed out that unlike France and Spain, China’s aged-care industry was an emerging market and increasing aged people needed more professional aged-care services. Yada would introduce overseas advanced aged-care service concept and professional aged-care experiences into China, and build up an industry benchmark of China’s professional aged-care service.

Les Jardins de Cybèle in Pairs is located in the environs. It’s one of the earliest constructed aged-care institutions of Colisee. This five-story building is divided into two regions which are independent and semi-independent area and Alzheimer’s area.

Two Les Jardins de Cybèle in Nice are designed in a fashion and simple way. The weather there is always sunny and the aged people can do outdoor activities even in winter.

Jardins de Valldoreix in Barcelona opened for business in 2009. It’s Colisee’s pilot project in Spain. The building has a total of 3 types, single room, double room and suit.

The aged-care institution under construction in Bordeaux is exclusively designed by Colisee. It started construction in Nov 2011 and is expected to finish in Dec 2013.
