Interior Design Meeting for Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospital Held

On 6th Aug 2013, the Interior Design Meeting for Apartments and Service Building of Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospital was held at Yada International’s Beijing headquarters. Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning, the Partner of GMP Mr. Stephan Schütz, Design Director of GMP Mr. Wu Di, Vice Presidents of Yada Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang and General Manager of Leader (Beijing) Rehabilitation Hospital Management Advisory Ltd Mr. Li Ruicheng attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Schütz presented the interior design plan for the apartments and service building of Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospital. He also detailed the corresponding food supply line, garbage recycling line, independent transport path of medical goods, unit design of the apartments and suggestions on selecting interior material. The whole interior design plan inherited the style of Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospital’s main building and inpatient building, and took decoration cost into consideration according to the buildings’ functional features.

Then participants had in-depth discussions. Project Investment Department of Yada put forward suggestions and comments on selecting materials of flooring and lift car, color application, and creating overall atmosphere etc. Chairman Jiang inquired about the feasibility of implementing the deepening design and interior decoration by phase and area, as well as the scope of deepening design’s first bidding.

At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that the design and construction work of the apartments and service building can be entrusted to a single construction company. GMP should focus on monitoring the quality of main buildings’ deepening design and construction. He required GMP to refresh related design work of clear-demanding parts and submit a text file in ten days. Moreover GMP should communicate with the decided deepening design company within this month.

Mr. Schütz said that GMP would complete all design work at the appointed time based on this meeting.
