Wuzhen Da Garden Deepening Design Meeting Held

On March 24th 2016, the Meeting on Deepening Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP) Leisure & Tourism Zone (Wuzhen Da Garden) Concept Design was held in Yada IHEP. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, General Manager of Greentown Oriental Architects (GOA) Mr. Lu Hao, the Standing Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Mr. Cui Qiang, and General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

GOA detailed the further design of Wuzhen Da Garden wetland landscape as well as the design thought about the business types and the supporting commercial facilities’ layout surrounding the wetland. Participants had an in-depth discussion in this regard and clarified that the business types surrounding the wetland should be planed from the overall perspectives of Yada IHEP and enable Da Garden a key functional component of Yada IHEP by extending its service chain, meanwhile reflect Da Garden’s service features and commercial characteristics. The meeting also confirmed Da Garden’s wetland landscape morphology and its internal traffic connection principle. According to the meeting, the wetland landscape will be preliminarily present by the end of 2016. Therefore, it is suggested that the metasequoia forest in the wetland park will be planted in season according to the design in advance.

At the meeting, General Manager Mr. Lu Hao reported the partial adjustments on Wuzhen Alila Hotel and the Innovative Office Zone as well. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning asked to take a full consideration of Wuzhen Da Garden’s function and ecological characteristics into design, further deepen the plan and push the design and construction of Da Garden in line with the approved principles in an active manner so as to achieve the set construction objective with high quality.
