Yada Moves to New Office, Yada Capital Sets Sail

On May 2nd 2017, Beijing Yada Capital Management Co. Ltd. officially moved to the new office at China World Tower A.

Beijing Yada Capital Management Co. Ltd. (“Yada Capital”) is a healthcare and aged-care industry fund management company jointly set up by Yada and IDG. On April 12th 2017, Yada Capital successfully passed the review of China Asset Management Association, got registered and filed on its Asset Management Business Integrated Management Platform, and was awarded the certificate as the Private Equity Fund Manager with the serial number P1062350.

The establishment of Yada industry fund is a milestone for Yada on the road of developing aged-care and healthcare industries. Beginning with Wuzhen IHEP, Yada continues to enrich the connotation and denotation of the aged-care service based on three themes “healthcare & medicine, wellness & aged-care, leisure & tourism”. After five years of efforts and exploration, Yada creates its aged-care mode and industrial ecology suitable for Chinese situation, which got favorable recognition from all levels of governments, industries and market. Yada industry fund will bring new vitality to Yada’s development. In the context of intense aging, that will accelerate the effective replication of Yada model and promote the industrial value and social value of Yada experience.
