First Investment Project of Yada Capital Locates in Gaochun Nanjing

At 10:18 am, May 13th 2017, Yada Capital, CYTS Hong Qi Fund and Nanjing Gaochun District Government jointly signed the Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Cooperation Agreement at Nanjing Hanfu Hotel. Mayor of Nanjing Mr. Miao Ruilin, Municipal Government Secretary-general Mr. Weng Guojiu, Secretary of Gaochun District Party Committee Ms. Huo Huiping, Gaochun District Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Deputy Chairman and CEO of CYTS Mr. Liu Guangming, Director and Vice President of CYTS Ms. Li Jing, Chairman of Yada Senior Living Group Mr. Zhou Jianping and Finance Director of Yada International and Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo were present on invitation. Other present guests included Director of Nanjing Finance Bureau Mr. Huang Yuyin, Director of Nanjing Municipal Land and Resources Bureau Mr. Xu Ming, Director of Nanjing Planning Bureau Mr. Ye Bin, Director of Nanjing Tourism Commission Mr. Jin Weidong, Director of Gaochun District NPC Mr. Zhao Huoping, Chairman of Gaochun District CPPCC Mr. Shi Jianbo, main leaders of the International Slow City Management Committee and the relevant departments and work team of Yada and CYTS.  

At the ceremony, main guests addressed respectively, expressing best wishes to Gaochun Project. Secretary Ms. Huo Huiping said, the health and leisure industries under the new normal and the tourism driven by the Slow City System in Gaochun are facing with new development opportunities and a historic turning point. Gaochun government has high expectation on the Project that Yada Capital and CYTS Hong Qi Fund could take advantages in technology, capital and brand to accelerate the Project’s execution, construction and operation ASAP based on the theme of International Garden and the No. 1 positioning national wide.

Gaochun Project is the first investment project of Yada Capital since its establishment. Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning said, tourism and aged-care industries have been the fast-developing industrial mode in China’s modern service system. As the first health and aged-care industrial fund fully based on market operation in China, Yada Capital is committed to rapidly build up chain Health and Wellness Parks which have world-class standard and suitable for China’s situation. Based on achievements and experiences of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP), Yada Capital expects to assist Gaochun District to transform its ecological advantages formed in the past years into the industrial advantages, and by establishing full strategic partnership, to create Gaochun project into a characteristic park featuring “health & wellness, leisure & tourism” in the national wide, in order to promote the industrial upgrading of Gaochun and drive the common enhancement in economic and social benefits.

Chairman of Yada Senior Living Group Mr. Zhou Jianping, Deputy Chairman and CEO of CYTS Mr. Liu Guangming and Gaochun District Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang signed the Agreement on behalf of Yada Capital, CYTS Hong Qi Fund and Gaochun District Government respectively.

Nanjing Mayor Mr. Miao Ruilin on behalf of Nanjing Municipal Government extended his congratulations to the successful conclusion of Gaochun project. He highly appreciated Yada’s achievements in the healthcare and aged-care industries, and spoke highly of Yada’s strategic thinking and foresight in investing Gaochun health leisure and tourism industries. He pointed out that, during the situation of pushing industrial upgrading and structural adjustment, Gaochun strives to develop health & aged-care and leisure & tourism, which gets rid of the dependence to the traditional development path and explores a new ecology-oriented and green development mode. Nanjing governments at all levels would pay high attention to Gaochun Project’s development and actively promote the Project’s construction. He expected that three sides could pull together, accomplish the construction with good standard and quality, and make Gaochun project to be a gorgeous and brand new city card of Nanjing.

Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park locates at Gaochun District, Nanjing. Gaochun is awarded as the Top Leisure Resort of China and the First “International Slow City” in China. The headquarters of International Slow City China Office also locates at Gaochun. The total planning area of the project is 1189 mu. The total investment is about 4.2 billion yuan. The project is composed of the Leisure Tourism Zone and the Health & Wellness Community. The Leisure Tourism Zone is planned to be the first International Garden theme water town tourism destination. The Health & Wellness Community will be a high-end leisure health and wellness residential community for the retirement by integrating with the Leisure Tourism Zone based on the successful mode of Wuzhen Yada IHEP. It will be a benchmark among Jiangsu large-scale aged-care parks. In accordance with the idea of “comprehensive planning and overall construction”, the project is expected to begin construction in the next half year of 2017, have staged achievements in 2019 and be wholly accomplished by the end of 2020.
