Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park Planning Design Seminar Held

On August 2nd 2017, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (provisional name: Yang Xian Brook Hill) Planning and Design Seminar was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP). Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Ceramist Mr. Gao Zhenyu, General Manager of GOA Mr. Lu Hao with his team, Ager Group Mr. Ma Xiaowei with his team, Managing Director of Yada Capital and Yada Harmony Ms. Gao Xiang, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching and General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

At the meeting, GOA designer Mr. Chen Binxin gave a detailed introduction on the design concept from the overall planning, the business type arrangement, the functional layout and the building form. Mr. Ma Xiaowei presented the landscape design concept that the architecture is harmonious with the environment. Participants had an in-depth discussion on the plan above.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning affirmed the preliminary work of the design team. He said, as a health ecological project integrating multiple business types such as accommodation, aged-care and pan-tourism, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park should improve the business type layout as well as carefully define the municipal environment and building form based on the respect to the nature and the ecology. He asked to coordinate all resources and advantages, and build up a comfortable ecological living park and a boutique industry park project harmonious with the nature. He added that, designers should lay a foundation for the project’s future operation during the business type planning phase, by taking the sustainable development and operation into consideration in the planning and design phase, exploring the project’s sustainable development idea seriously and thinking how to make residents involved into the community operation.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning also made a specific arrangement for the next phase of planning and design work.
