Yada Capital and Yada Harmony Yixing Projects Investment Agreements Signing Ceremony Grandly Held

On August 10th 2017, Beijing Yada Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Yada Harmony Investment Management Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreements on Yixing International Tourism and Resort Zone and Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (HEP) with Jiangsu Yixing municipal government.

On the same day, Mr. Li Qiang, the Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the CPC met Mr. Jiang Jianning, Founding Partner of Yada Capital and Yada Harmony, Mr. Chen Xianghong, Chairman of Wuzhen Tourism Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Gubei Water Town Tourism Management Co., Ltd., and Mr. Wang Jingbo, the Global Partner of IDG and Partner of Yada Capital.

Mr. Li Xiaomin, the Standing Member of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the Secretary of CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee, Mr. Chen Zhenning, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province, Mr. Wang Quan, Vice Secretary of CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee and the Mayor of Wuxi, Mr. Shen Jian, the Secretary of CPC Yixing Municipal Committee, Mr. Zhang Lijun, the Mayor of Yixing, and Mr. Mei Zhonghua, Chairman of CPPCC Yixing Committee attended the ceremony.

Mr. Jiang Jianning said, in his address, Jiangsu is strong in economy and culture, and has firm foundation and broad perspective to develop modern service industry. Yixing has profound humanism and long history. With its distinctive culture elements, namely bamboo, tea, mountain, river and purple clay, Yixing is capable of developing new service industries such as tourism, healthcare and aged-care rapidly. We, from the supply side perspective, are confident that our leading project development concept and proven market experience could create a nationally famous tourism & leisure and healthcare & wellness destination with Jiangsu characteristics.

He added that, Mr. Chen Xianghong with his team devotes themselves to the construction, management and operation of large-scale tourist attractions for years. Wuzhen and Gubei Water Town, which are developed by them, have obtained huge market success. Yada team focuses on China’s healthcare and aged-care industries. Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park invested and constructed by Yada has been the industrial benchmark. IDG is a long-term partner to Yada in the field of tourism and aged-care investment and has built up good cooperative relationship. In this year, Yada and IDG jointly set up a tourism industry fund Yada Harmony and an aged-care industry fund Yada Capital. Today, these two funds together invest in Yixing for two large-scale industry parks. The total investment will exceed 20 billion yuan.

Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed that, Yada gets more confidence to invest in Yixing for Yixing municipal Party Committee, municipal government, administrations related and township leaders show the sense of mission to plan the economic development, efficient and practical work style and professional service during the project investigation and proposal demonstration. As the investor, Yada will integrate all resources actively, try to highlight features and form the brand by innovation, and make Yixing projects into new economic growth points of Yixing and high-quality demonstration projects aiming at a “rich, strong, beautiful and civilized” new Jiangsu as well as an innovative, prosperous and well-off society.

Mr. Wang Quan, Vice Secretary of CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee and the Mayor of Wuxi, expressed his congratulations to the projects agreement signing. In his address, he spoke highly of the investor’s strategic insight and intelligent decision to invest Yixing International Tourism and Resort Zone and Yixing Yada HEP. He said, Wuxi municipal committee and municipal government will give full support and strong guarantee to the implementation of the projects. For the purpose that the projects can start construct and come into operation as early as possible, administrations related will collaborate in projects’ review, approval, guarantee and follow-up services with all efforts. He expected the investor could keep its high quality in planning, construction and operation in order to make the projects into domestic leading tourism, leisure and aged-care destinations.

Mr. Shen Jian, Secretary of CPC Yixing Municipal Committee, hosted the ceremony. He pointed out that, relying on advantages in nature and culture, Yixing insists the core value of “ecology and livability”, makes full efforts in the industrial transformation, and creates a leading ecological protection zone in Jiangsu province. Yixing focuses on the implementation of tourism promotion strategy and accelerates the green development. The signing of the two projects are the major achievements for Yixing to carry on the innovative, prosperous and well-off society target and the “booming city by industry” strategy.

He added that, the landing of the two projects – one tourism destination and one aged-care destination – experienced long time preparation, more than a half year intensive investigations and repeated negotiations by the investor team led by Mr. Jiang Jianning and Mr. Chen Xianghong with the local government. We believe that the projects will surely be a new benchmark of domestic large-scale tourism and resort destination and one more masterpiece of the investor team, and assist Yixing to be the provincial leading ecological protection zone, ecological economy demonstration zone and green development model. He stressed that, Yixing will make progress on its commitment to cooperate with the project team on the construction and operation with all efforts, including the replacement and resettlement as well as the project review and approval.

Witnessed by the provincial, municipal leaders and guests present, Mr. Jiang Jianning and Mr. Zhang Lijun, the Mayor of Yixing signed the Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park Cooperation Agreement; Mr. Chen Xianghong, Mr. Wang Jingbo and Mr. Zhang Lijun, the Mayor of Yixing signed the Yixing International Tourism and Resort Zone Cooperation Agreement.
