Yangxian Xishan HEP Planning Design Stage III Review Meeting Held

On October 18th 2017, Yangxian Xishan Health Ecological Park (HEP) Planning Design Stage III Review Meeting was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Ecological Park. Chairman of Yada International and Founder Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, General Manager of GOA Mr. Lu Hao, designer Mr. Chen Binxin, designer of Ager Group Mr. Ma Xiaowei, President of Jiangsu Jizhi Architecture Design Engineering Co. Mr. Wang Hui, Managing Director of Yada Capital and Yada Harmony Ms. Gao Xiang, Financial Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching and General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Company Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

During the meeting, GOA designer Mr. Chen Binxin gave suggestions on the Park’s planning adjustment and highlighted the function layout of the town center and the architecture design idea related to the confirmed first-stage project. Mr. Ma Xiaowei introduced the Park’s landscape design and the idea to coordinate the landscape with roads network reconstruction. Mr. Wang Hui presented the concept of the Park’s water environment treatment and water resource balance. Participants had an in-depth discussion on the above plans’ design contents.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning proposed specific requests and adjustment suggestions on the overall planning and the business type, architectural function and form of the first-stage project. He pointed out that, the overall planning should follow the industry-oriented principle, and take the business layout and sustainable operation into consideration for land function and real estate development.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, at the meeting, also arranged the Park’s roads network reconstruction, and asked to coordinate with Yixing Municipal Planning Bureau on Binhu Road reconstruction plan as early as possible to push the local government to reconstruct the road, and accelerate to develop the Binhu Road landscape plan. He also gave specific request on reconstruction plan of the municipal roads which are through the Park and alongside the hills. When proposing specific request on the land planning application of the first-stage project, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed that all sides should accelerate the work in order to lay a foundation in this November.
