Mingling Yaohu Town Concept Planning Review Meeting Held

On November 4th 2017, Jiangsu Yixing Mingling Yaohu Town Concept Planning Stage I Review Work Meeting was held at Wuzhen. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Chairman of Wuzhen Alliance Scenic Construction Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen Xianghong, Finance Director of Yada Capital and Yada Harmony Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching, General Manager of Yada International Health Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi, as well as senior management and designers from Wuzhen Alliance Scenic Construction Management Co., Ltd. attended the meeting.

In the meeting, designers reported Mingling Yaohu Town’s working achievements of concept planning stage I in terms of background analysis, project positioning, function layout, content planning and infrastructure facilities.

Chairman Mr. Chen Xianghong introduced the design positioning as a unique mountain-home resort town which centers on the core scenery and culture connotation of kiln (Yao in Chinese) and lake (Hu in Chinese), the forms of architecture and landscape in the core scenic area, tour line and the idea of sightseeing train.  

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning emphasized on paying more attention to core culture connotation visualization of the project, and giving priority to the land planning, architectural style and development sequence of the around-lake scenic area. Meanwhile, he made specific arrangement of the time-point requirements when communicating and coordinating with the local government on road network, water, electricity, gas, sewage treatment and other infrastructure facilities.

Participants also exchanged views on promoting project progress, engineering construction supervision and the entire process audit, and specified the requirements on deepening the next stage planning design.
