Nanjing Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Scenic Planning Review Meeting Held

On November 5th 2017, Nanjing Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Scenic Partial Planning Review Meeting was held at Zhejiang Yada International Health Ecological Park. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, CEO of CYTS Mr. Liu Guangming, CEO of Greentown China Holdings Mr. Ying Guoyong, General Manager of Zhejiang CYTS Mr. Zhang Qin, Chairman of Yada Senior Living Mr. Zhou Jianping, Finance Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching, General Manager of Yada International Health Industry Park Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu Haoyi, as well as the planning cultural and creative team from Zhejiang CYTS Cultural Tourism Research Institute attended the meeting.

In the meeting, the planning design team led by Ms. Ye Lu reported the theme positioning, function layout, product design, business type arrangement and architecture style of the scenic. Participants fully discussed the topics above and issues about the project land space use, development cycle and sequence, business type arrangement and operation, tour line and landscape representation, as well as roads and parking lots arrangement.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave affirmation to the design team on their planning creative work, and put forward guidelines on the planning design adjustment and optimization, business type choice and operation, as well as scenic and industry park construction coordination. He asked to accelerate the scenic planning optimization, implement the united principle to architectures and landscape linking to the industry park as soon as possible, address sustainable operation issue of the scenic business type arrangement, put priority to boutique projects with feasible business model, and carry out the scenic construction step by step according to the planning and operation management, which means part of business type could be developed at Stage II.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, meanwhile, made the arrangement of the project development construction and the local government coordination. He asked to sum up a list of issues to discuss with the authorities, define responsibilities, rights and benefits of all sides, advance subjects approval and accelerate the scenic planning design deepening in order to ensure the commencement of scenic construction in March 2018.
