Chairman Jiang Jianning Held Project Coordination Meetings in Yixing

From April 25th to 28th 2018, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning paid a special visit to Yixing to investigate and conduct “Yangxian Xishan” project construction, held coordination meetings respectively with Yixing municipal government and the project’s architecture design team, environmental landscape planning design team, and interior design team to communicate and coordinate specific issues of Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yangxian Xishan Project) and Yixing International Tourism Zone (Mingling Yaohu Town Project) during construction, and deployed work to further accelerate project construction. General Manager of Yada International Health Park Co., Ltd Mr. Liu Naifa, General Manager of Jiangsu Mingling Yaohu Town Tourism Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Zhenghua, and General Manager of Yixing Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi accompanied the investigation and attended related meetings.

On April 25th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning oversaw the project’s site, and exchanged opinions with designers of Hong Kong In-between Design Office on Phase I Project interior fine decoration design.

On April 26th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning hosted “Yangxian Xishan” town center construction planning design and Country Park, Dongpo Pavilion and Yada Academy landscape design coordination meeting. GOA and Zhejiang Humanities Landscape Company respectively reported the town center construction planning design and Country Park, Dongpo Pavilion and Yada Academy landscape design. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning exchanged ideas with designers on related issues and gave specific amendments.

On April 27th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning communicated with Yixing Deputy Mayor Mr. Ma Zhong, and leaders from Yixing Planning Bureau, Land and Resources Bureau, Construction Bureau, Water Resources Bureau, Zhangzhu town and Hufu town on land planning adjustment, forest land transformation progress, Country Park and lakefront road landscape construction, tea garden land range and other issues. In the meeting, both sides’ responsibilities and limitation of liabilities were further defined. Deputy Mayor Mr. Ma Zhong asked the municipal government and relevant departments to actively cooperate and solve difficulties during construction, and offer timely and effective services to investors. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning expressed thanks to Yixing government and relevant departments for their supports, and asked the project construction team to enhance coordination with them.

During the visit in Yixing, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning asked to pay high attention to and speed up the corporate team building, so as to lay a good foundation for the Park’s operation in the future.
