Three Yada Projects Listed as 2018 Jiangsu Major Projects

Recently, Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission issued 2018 Jiangsu Major Projects Investment Plan List. Yada’s culture, healthcare & tourism projects were listed in, which included Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park, Yixing International Tourism Zone and Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park.

Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (“Yangxian Xishan”) is situated at Hufu town, Yixing, Jiangsu, covering about 6100 mu. Deeply integrating distinctive culture and heritage of Yixing, the project will show folk characteristics and residential features. It uses open and sharing concepts to create a pastoral health ecological park integrating wellness & aged-care, leisure & tourism and culture & art exhibition.

Yixing International Tourism Zone (“Mingling Yaohu Town”) locates at Zhangzhu town, Yixing, Jiangsu, covering about 18000 mu. Combining distinctive local elements, namely bamboo, tea, hill, water and purple sands in Yixing, with excellent natural ecology, it provides foreign and domestic tourists an ideal health leisure tourism destination by culture creation, traveling, outdoor sports, catering, hospitality, exhibition and other services.

Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park locates at Gaochun District, Nanjing, Jiagnsu. The total planning area of the project is 1189 mu. The project is composed of the Leisure Tourism Zone and the Health & Wellness Community. The Leisure Tourism Zone is planned to be the first International Garden theme water town tourism destination. The Health & Wellness Community will be a high-end leisure health and wellness residential community for the retirement by integrating with the Leisure Tourism Zone based on the successful mode of Wuzhen Yada IHEP.
