Wuzhen Yada IHEP’s Egret Yard Starts Sale

Recently, Egret Yard of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP) has been put on sale.

Egret Yard covers about 186 mu and has 151 courtyard buildings that use traditional garden techniques of Yangtze Delta area to reshape Chinese style elegance.

Egret Yard, on the west of Wuzhen Yada IHEP, surrounds an egret ecological wetland of about 100 mu. It does not only enjoy the tranquil environment of wetland, but also the mature supporting services from Wuzhen Yada IHEP, including Wuzhen’s first boutique commercial complex – Yada Youth Plaza, award-winning work of the 1st China Design Power – Wu Dayu Gallery, Gold Nugget Award winner of 2018 – Wuzhen Alila Hotel, Zhejiang Yada Rehabilitation Hospital, Wuzhen Graceland, the University for the Aged and other facilities.
