Yada Work Team Visits Pine Care Group Upscale Aged-care Projects

On August 17th 2018, President of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital Ms. Gao Xiang and Deputy General Manager of Yada Hong Kong Mr. Jiang Xinchao visited upscale aged-care projects of Hong Kong Pine Care Group, had an in-depth talk with CEO of Pine Care Group Mr. Billy Yim on current situation and development of Hong Kong aged-care industry, and exchanged opinions on the layout and development of the residential care homes for elderly (RCHE) business in the mainland.

The projects visited this time are Pine Care Place at Yuen Long and Patina Wellness at Kowloon City, Hong Kong.

Pine Care Place has the floor area of about 3600 m2 providing 68 nursing beds. The averaged floor area for each bed is about 55 m2, which made it one of RCHEs with largest personal living space in Hong Kong. Featuring the independent life style, Pine Care Place offers more individualized services and lifestyle-oriented facilities, including mini-cinema, hair salon, library, computer room, indoor garden, meditation room and chess room. Moreover, Pine Care Place also offers excellent nursing and rehabilitation services. Its medical team includes physicians, nurses, physical therapists, social workers, occupational therapists, geriatrics specialists and nutritionists.

Patina Wellness, jointly developed and operated by Pine Care Group and Tang’s Living Group of Stan Group, is the first private integrated aged-care project in Hong Kong. Patina Wellness offers 79 departments with floor areas from 41 m2 to 116 m2. All departments are equipped with the safety alarm and there are motion sensors in the washing rooms. Before moving in, the elderly residents will receive health evaluation. After moving in, the elderly will have individual nursing services, including routine health examination, stroke rehabilitation, etc. The Project also has facilities such as swimming pool, coffee bar, fitness center, garden and an upscale RCHE with 32 nursing beds.

Pine Care Group is the first nursing home operator listed in Hong Kong main board. In February 2017, Yada Hong Kong became the cornerstone investor of Pine Care Group. On September 17th 2017, Yada Hong Kong and Pine Care Group set up a joint venter Pine Care Yada Elderly Service Limited. Both sides will unite the excellent resources in aged-care, nursing and healthcare of their own to create China’s aged-care benchmark by complementing each other’s advantages and win-win cooperation.
