Recently, the first electronic contract signing private equity fund product of the CSI inter-agency quotation system has been successfully filed by the Asset Management Association of China, which accelerates the entry of private equity funds into the era of electronic sign-up. According to industry insiders, electronic signing of private equity funds will greatly improve operating efficiency and reduce operating cost, which marks another cornerstone of the standardized development of private equity funds.
