Jiangsu: Aged-care Institutions Should Provide TCM Service

Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Health Departments and the Chinese Medicine Bureau issued the Implementation Plan for Preventing illness By Traditional Chinese Medicine. The document clearly states that by 2020, all community health service agencies, township health centers and 50% of village clinics will carry out TCM health intervention service. More than 60% of the aged-care institutions could provide TCM healthcare services for the elderly in different forms.
