Gaochun HLTP Scenic Area Further Design Report Meeting Held

On the afternoon of October 19th 2018, Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park (HLTP) Scenic Area Further Design Report Meeting was held at Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP). Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, CEO of CYTS Mr. Liu Guangming, Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping, Vice President of Yada Capital Mr. Xu Bin, General Manager of Yada International Health Park Mr. Zhu Haoyi, and more than 20 persons from the planning operation, architectural design and landscape design teams attended the meeting.



Firstly, Associate Dean of CYTS Cultural Tourism Research Institute Ms. Ye Lu reported the work progress on the scenic area’s overall business type planning, space layout, scale of construction and operating line, and provided a proposal from the point of operation and management. Then, team members of Mr. Meng Fanhao, the chief designer of gad Line + Studio explained the understanding on the Project and the overall design concept of the architectural complex, and expounded detailed style of each building and relationship of each other. Chief designer of Greentown landscape architecture Mr. Song Shuhua gave a design strategy report on the land analysis, the relationship between landscape and architecture, the space collocation and the combination with local humanity and art. He presented the multiple-functional and compound landscape philosophy integrating “comprehensiveness, theme and culture”.


Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning affirmed all design teams’ work achievement, agreed on the architectural style and landscape concept, and gave some suggestions on the business type positioning, which set the tone for the next phase of work. He also defined the following work direction and stage objectives. He asked a full communication between design teams, as well as a comprehensive consideration on the object clients’ positioning, overall coordination and the operation, management & maintenance demands in the future with a timely work progress as plan.
