Renowned Traditional Chinese Painting Artist Tian Liming Addresses at Wuzhen Cultural Lecture Room

On October 20th 2018, Wuzhen Cultural Lecture Room held the seventh lecture at Yile Lecture Hall of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park. The lecture theme is the Image of Traditional Chinese Painting given by the renowned traditional Chinese painting artist Mr. Tian Liming.

Mr. Tian Liming, the famous traditional Chinese painter in China, now holds the positions of Associate Dean, doctoral supervisor and Dean of graduate school at Chinese National Academy of Arts, the academic committee members of CAFA, the member of Chinese Artists Association, the member of Art Committee of Chinese Painting and the council member of Beijing Municipal Artists Association. His works are fresh and bright with good tastes. Some of them have obtained major awards at home and abroad. During the lecture, Mr. Tian Liming expressed his understanding and feelings on traditional Chinese painting through pieces of painting works, which stroke a chord among the audience.

Wuzhen Cultural Lecture Room was jointly launched by Wuzhen Yada Academy and Shixiang Space. Since the first speech on January 14th 2018, it has successfully held seven lectures. The past lectures were given by national and foreign cultural celebrities, experts and scholars including Phoenix TV commentator and cultural scholar Mr. Wang Luxiang, cultural celebrity Mr. Bai Yansong, Father of Japan Echigo-Tsumari Art Mr. Fram Kitagawa, collector Mr. Bob Tsao, famous oil painter and Dean of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting Mr. Yang Feiyun, and renowned documentary director Mr. Chen Xiaoqing. The topics refer to literature, art, architecture, design and life style. While advocating modern cultural lifestyle, Wuzhen Cultural Lecture Room promotes the crossover interaction within the culture industry, and explore strategy and path to deepen cultural heritage.
