Yada Capital Annual Working Conference Held

From April 19th to 20th 2019, Yada Projects Construction Working Conference o and Yada Capital Senior Management Working Conference were held in Yixing. Projects above are invested by Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund, including the projects at Wuzhen Zhejiang, Gaochun Nanjing and Yixing Jiangsu.

Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianing, Managing Directors Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice Presidents Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Xu Bin and Ms. Song Liying, Administration Director Mr. Liu Xuezhong, General Manager of Yada International Health Park Company Mr. Liu Naifa and General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Company Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the conferences above. Development and construction teams from Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park and Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park were also present in the meetings.

In the meeting, project construction teams from three regions reported each project’s construction progress, operational objective in 2019 as well as main and difficulty points and matters in need of coordination during the work respectively. Participants had an in-depth exchange on the issues above from their own functional perspective.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave full recognition on the work of three regions’ development and construction teams. He pointed out that, during the past 8 years since foundation, Yada made efforts to explore the aged-care industry and insisted on the principle of paying equal attention to both economic benefits and social benefits. With a strong sense of responsibility to the customers, Yada always strives for excellence. In virtue of joint efforts made by all functional departments and development teams, Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park (IHEP) has achieved success beyond expectation, and gained outstanding reputation from the market. After overcoming many difficulties, Nanjing Gaochun Project has initially realized the expected goal. As a showcase of Yada concept and development ability, Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan has displayed the initial achievement which won praise and recognition from the local government and market.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, the year of 2019 would be defined as Yada Quality Year in the meeting. It is the persistent pursuit of Yada to create boutique projects. Everyone from the corporate management, development team to the employee at different posts should control the quality standard during the phase of construction, decoration and landscaping with intensive efforts. Each project team should share experience, strengthen mutual inspection, routing inspection and cross-regional joint check, focus on details and ensure a first-class quality project. He also stressed the safe production during construction. He asked development teams to keep safety responsibilities in mind, carry out strict and specific measures and prevent any safety accident.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning emphasized that, all personnel should maintain the corporate brand and insist on the principle of public welfare first & supporting facilities first. The project construction team should pull together with the market team and the operational service team to highlight the corporate brand by the spirit of workmanship and deliver Yada’s service concept in humanity, healthcare and aged-care with practical actions.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning also gave the project companies in three regions specific requirement on the development rhythm, sales and marketing as well as team building.

In Yada Capital Management Team Working Conference, the management profoundly discussed the issues on the corporate asset operation and Parks’ service, deployed  theme researches on the corporate asset operation and measures on the operational service standardization, as well as gave explicit demands on main zones’ opening and business invitation in the Parks.
