Yixing Party and Government Delegation Observe the Construction Work of Yaohu Town

On the morning of April 30th, over 70 persons including main leadership of Yixing Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Municipal People’s Congress and Municipal Committee of CPPCC and main responsible people from related departments, towns, development zones and streets visited Yixing International Tourism Zone (Mingling Yaohu Town) on site to view and learn the construction work of this Jiangsu key project. General Manager of Jiangsu Mingling Yaohu Town Tourism Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Zhenghua received and accompanied the delegation.

General Manager Mr. Zhu Zhenghua reported Yaohu Town project’s overall planning and construction objectives to the delegation, and introduced the current construction progress.

Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee Mr. Shenjian expressed his satisfaction on Yaohu Town’s works progress and civilized construction. He asked relevant departments to fully support the project. He also urged the construction unit to advance the works in a timely and sound manner in order to ensure the project quality and production safety as well as the construction progress as scheduled. He expected that Yaohu Town would be the first-class tourism destination in Yangtze River Delta area.

Mingling Yaohu Town is a large-scale leisure tourism destination jointly created by Yada Capital, Yada Harmony and Chen Xianghong team. It covers about 18000 mu. The investment estimate is RMB 13 billion. Combining distinctive local elements, namely bamboo, tea, hill, water and purple sands in Yixing, with excellent natural ecology, it provides foreign and domestic tourists an ideal health leisure tourism destination by culture creation, traveling, outdoor sports, catering, hospitality, exhibition and other services. On October 8th 2017, the project agreement has been entered into. On May 1st 2018, it has been listed as Jiangsu Key Project. On August 7th 2018, the construction of the project started.
