On May 5th 2019, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning met Mr. Tetsuro Homma, Senior Managing Executive Officer of Panasonic Corporation and CEO of Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company at Yada’s Beijing headquarters. Mr. Nathan Lin, Managing Officer of Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company and Director of Panasonic Corporation of China, Mr. Shigeto Yuasa, Director of Panasonic China and President of Eco Solutions and other management accompanied him. Administration Director of Yada Capital Mr. Liu Xuezhong and Vice President of Yada Senior Living Group Mr. Han Kui attended the reception.
During the conversation, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced Yada’s business philosophy, strategic planning, industrial mode and projects’ development progress in the fields of aged-care, healthcare and tourism in detail to CEO Mr. Tetsuro Homma, and highlighted Yada Yangxian Xishan’s project overview, traffic location, ecological environment as well as construction progress of each zone to Panasonic delegation. According to him, Yada keeps exploring and practicing its featured compound development mode surrounding three themes, namely wellness & aged-care, healthcare & medicine as well as leisure & tourism since foundation. In the past over eight years, Yada has gained the capacity to provide continuous service guarantee to its projects at Wuzhen, Nanjing and Yixing through building five core teams at the aspects of elderly-oriented design, medical care & nursing, property management, commercial operation and spiritual culture construction. Yada offers market soft & hard products and services higher than expectation, gains good reputation and sets up industrial benchmarks.
Later, both sides had in-depth exchanges. CEO Mr. Tetsuro Homma spoke highly of Yada’s development concept, operational mode and current achievements. He pointed out that, the century-old Panasonic has been experiencing crucial internal integration, and the founding of China & Northeast Asia Company is for better responses to Chinese market, enhancing team decision efficiency and improving resource aggregation capacity. In the future, Panasonic expects to further cooperative mode and content with Yada, promote Panasonic products on Yada’s platform, create values for customers and define directions of product development.
Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, during the 40 years of the reform and opening-up in China, different consumer groups have appeared and put forward more diversified demands for the market. After years’ practice, Yada has established its brand in the market of healthcare & aged-care.
