MOU on Yada Panasonic Community Officially Signed

On June 21st 2019, Chairman of Yada International and Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning met Senior Managing Executive Officer of Panasonic Corporation and CEO of Panasonic China & Northeast Asia Company Mr. Tetsuro Homma in Beijing, and signed a Strategic Cooperation Memo to further implement mutual deepening cooperation and explore new cooperation field in the future.

According to the MOU, both sides would jointly develop Yada Panasonic Community in Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan Project developed and operated by Yada. The Community, based on the theme of wellness & aged-care, would be equipped with healthy, safe, convenient and comfortable Panasonic products, focus on advanced Japanese design concept and integrate both sides’ brand features. It will be created into a green, eco, harmonious, elderly-oriented and modern community.

During long-term exchange and cooperation, Yada and Panasonic have a remarkable degree of consensus on the fundamental concept of “creating values, serving clients, contributing to the society”. Both sides will integrate the Hundred-Year Panasonic’s strong technical power, products and services to create a good living environment for China’s modern families and elderly to meet their demand on daily living and aged-care based on Yada’s advanced and mature aged-care industrial platform.

In the meeting, both sides also discussed on the implementation of cooperation projects in detailed, and specified the periodic high-management meeting mechanism for the purpose of good quality project achievement.
