On August 17th and 18th 2019, 2019 Yada Financial Team Training and Team Building Activities were held in Liyang, Jiangsu. Nearly 30 financial staff from Yada Capital, Yada Senior Living, Yada Wuzhen project, Yada Gaochun project, Yada Yixing project and Yaohu Town project attended the activities.
On the morning of 17th, there was a group training. Representatives from different zones introduced their company’s business development, financial work and key points & difficulties in work respectively as well as had an exchange with each other. The headquarters tax executive gave a training on the policies, requirements and finance & tax procedures related to VAT, land value increment tax, corporate income tax and individual income tax. At last, Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo pointed out that, so far, Yada has developed into a group enterprise focusing on aged-care, healthcare and tourism. Its business covers fund management, aged-care park development & construction and operation & service, aged-care product integrated selling, hospital management, nursing home management, hotel management, commercial management, scenic spot management and other business types. That requires financial staff to keep pace with the time and improve specialty to provide help to corporate main business development. Besides, all financial staff should understand the corporate business, enhance professionalism in finance and strengthen research in tax knowledge.
On the afternoon of 17th, all participants had an outdoor training at Liyang Yunling Outdoor Training Site, where they experienced many programs including Icebreaking to know each other, Aloft Broken Bridge to exceed oneself and Fast & Furious for team cooperation.
On the morning of 18th, all participants visited Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan Project. They heard about the introduction on the Project’s planning, construction and sales. They also visited the Reception Center, Show Rooms, Dongpo Pavilion, Lakeside Park, Yada Academy, Ageless Center, Town Canteen and other facilities in service.
These Activities have further promoted communication and exchanges among financial staff from different zones, improved the team’s professional competence and team cohesiveness, as well as enriched culture of the corporate and department.
