Jiangsu Provincial First Inspection Team Visits Mingling Yaohu Town

On the morning of August 20th 2019, Jiangsu Provincial First Inspection Team, accompanied by Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee Mr. Shen Jian and relevant leaders from Zhangzhu Town, paid a visit to Mingling Yaohu Town construction site for inspecting the construction of this Jiangsu provincial major project. General Manager of Jiangsu Mingling Yaohu Town Tourism Company Mr. Zhu Zhenghua received the delegation.

General Manager Mr. Zhu Zhenghua reported Yaohu Town Project’s overall planning, design concept, positioning and the current construction progress to the Inspection Team. After listening to the report, Inspection Team leader Mr. Chen Zhiyang gave full confirmation on Mingling Yaohu Town’s planning and development idea. He said, he expected Yaohu Town to be completed as early as possible for the local tourism development and upgrading in Yixing. The Inspection Team also looked round all key zones of the Project.

Mingling Yaohu Town (also called Yixing International Tourism Zone) is a large-scale leisure tourism destination jointly created by Yada Capital, Yada Harmony and Chen Xianghong team. It covers about 18000 mu. The investment estimate is RMB 13 billion. Combining distinctive local elements, namely bamboo, tea, hill, water and purple sands in Yixing, with excellent natural ecology, it provides foreign and domestic tourists an ideal health leisure tourism destination by culture creation, traveling, outdoor sports, catering, hospitality, exhibition and other services. In May 2018, the Project was listed into 2018 Jiangsu Major Projects Investment Plan List. On August 7th of the same year, the Project started construction. Now, it is well underway.
