Ministry of Civil Affairs Further Expand The Supply of Aged-care Services

On September 23rd, with the approval of the State Council, Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the “Implementation Opinions on Further Expanding the Supply of Aged-care Services and Promoting the Consumption of Aged-care Services”, proposing an all-round optimization of the effective supply of aged-care services, prospering the market for senior people products, and fostering new formats for consumption. The document pointed out that, the governmrnt will focus on the rigid need of long-term care services for the elderly, disabled and demented, support the development of aged-care institutions that meet the basic needs of senior citizens, disabled and demented, and continuously improve the nursing ability of the aged-care institutiions.
