Yada Park Awarded 2019 Enterprises Contributing Over 100 Million in New Tax Honorary Title

On January 19th 2020, 2019 Yixing Key and Major Enterprises Forum was held. In the meeting, Yada International Health Park Development Company was awarded the honorary title of the Annual Enterprise Contributing over 100 Million in New Tax for it contributed more than 200 million yuan in new tax in 2019. Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee Mr. Shen Jian presented the award to Yada Park.

According to 2019 Yixing Enterprises List for Tax Payment (over 20 Million) published in the meeting, Yada International Health Park Development Company paid 202.8 million tax ranking the 13th place in the list. There are 131 enterprises in the list in total.

During the meeting, General Manager of Yixing Yada Real Estate Company Mr. Zhu Haoyi made a speech as the representative of enterprises present. On behalf of Yixing Yada and Chairman of Yada International & Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, he expressed sincere gratitude and warm regards to leaders from all levels and friends from all circles who gave care and supports to Yada’s development.

On August 10th 2017, Yada Capital and Yixing Government concluded the Agreement in Nanjing. Yada Yangxian Xishan Project is progressing well. Reception Center, Demonstration Area, Lakeside Park, Dongpo Pavilion, Ageless Center, Town Canteen, Culture & Art Center, Yada Life Bookstore and other zones have been completed and come into service. In 2018, the Project was listed as one of Jiangsu Provincial Key Investment Projects. In 2019, it became one of the provincial key tourism projects.

Sports Park and Yada Theater Will Start Construction in 2020

In the beginning of 2020, the North Square has been completed which improved Yangxian Xishan Town Center’s function. Within this year, Yada will deliver the Phase I perfectly. Meanwhile, Town Center acting as Yangxian National Tourism Zone Tourists Center will be completed and come into service so as to improve and enhance the local tourism supporting system. Yixing Yada Hospital, Pit Sports & Fitness Park, Yixing Yada Theater and other new supporting facilities are going to break ground. Yada Panasonic Community will also lay a foundation in spring.

Yada does not only invest in Yixing, but also takes root in Yixing and integrates into Yixing. As one of large tax payers, Yada also fulfills more corporate social responsibilities, and tries to play more positive role in Yixing’s economy, society, culture, education and public welfares continuously.
