Hunan Issues Five Measures to Support Private Aged-care Institutions' Development

Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and Department of Finance recently issued "Five Measures to Support the Development of Private Aged-care Institutions under Impact of Epidemic", introducing a series of measures to increase operating subsidies for helping them stabilize development. These five measures are: First, improve the operating subsidy standards of private aged-care institutions; Second, support private aged-care institutions to carry out epidemic prevention & control; Third, reduce paying fees of public constructed private operated aged-care institutions; Fourth, assist the implementation of preferential policies for small and medium-sized enterprises, including corporate assistance, financial support, tax & fee support, financial subsidies, job stabilization, etc; Fifth, strengthen the care of front-line aged-care service personnel.
