Since March 2020, while working for epidemic prevention & control and work & production resumption, Yixing Yada Health Park has focused on enhancing the corporate culture and team building. It has organized a series of training activities for the whole personnel.
So far, Professor Ms. Luo Xuhua, the Executive Dean of Yada Academy and Human Resources Management Expert, and Mr. Yang Kui, Cofounder of Yada Academy and Author have given five lessons including service image and basic etiquette, basic professional quality and etiquette, pressure relieve and emotional intelligence improvement, how to use daily reading and writing to improve self-cultivation, etc.
According to the staff, after trainings, they have had higher goals in many fields, such as professional ethics, professional quality, professional discipline and professional responsibilities, as well as further understood Yada’s corporate culture of “Efficiency, Sureness, Excellence and Win-Win”. The group consciousness and cooperation spirit have been strengthened. The corporate spiritual cohesion of dedication to work has greatly enhanced.
