Yada International 9th Anniversary Forum Held at Yada Yangxian Xishan

On April 13th 2020, the 9th anniversary of Yada International, a special celebration was held at Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan Culture & Art Center. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning and over twenty people of Yixing Yada senior and middle management had a forum up to four hours.


First of all, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave his address that reviewed the original heart to found Yada, summarized its product pattern, introduced the corporate development progress, reiterated the corporate’s cultural values, and looked forward to a better future of Yada.


Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning said, “It is a highly demanding, comprehensive and systematic social problem that China is facing and hopefully to settle, caused by our aging population. To find the solution which fits into specific China needs, the government should coordinate the social energy and make good use of the collective wisdom and efforts. Yada conscientiously takes the challenge and expects to provide a valuable sample for reference in China’s healthcare and aged-care industries based on our own practice. Meanwhile, Yada will grow into a qualified corporate citizen in the future society.”


“During the nine years, Yada has drawn a clear mode of “Offering Aged-care Services in Compound Park” by surpassing its own standards, constant strategy optimizing so as to capture the market potential. The mode is that based on the theme of wellness and aged-care, to create elderly-oriented housing products, offer improved facilities such as healthcare, culture & commerce, build a scenic environment, and provide 24/7 services. All that is to meet the elderly residents’ demands on material and spiritual life, and create an elderly-oriented high-end life park with utmost sincere.”


“The past nine years witnessed Yada’s prosperity. Our three compound aged-care parks at Wuzhen, Yixing and Nanjing Gaochun learn from each other and form their own unique style and features. Now, the construction of Wuzhen Graceland is nearing the end; Nanjing Gaochun Graceland will deliver the Phase I of 630 apartments within this year while the leisure & tourist area will be completed at the same time; Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan will deliver the Phase I of 480 apartments at the end of this August. Its Town Center will be open in the meantime. This project will fully demonstrate Yada’s efforts in the nine years.


“Since the founding of Yada, we have stuck to the concept of ‘Lay Equal Stress on Social and Economic Benefits’. We aspire to create tangible public benefits while providing investors financial returns. Now, all three Parks show noteworthy overflow effect, i.e. driving the local related industrial development, integrating into the local economy, increasing employment and benefiting the surrounding residents.”


Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning reiterated the corporate cultural values of “Efficiency, Sureness, Excellence and Win-Win” based on Yixing Project. He said, “Yada always treasures a respectable corporate culture and pursues the ultimate within capacity. Different from the guerrilla-war development mode of traditional real estate, Yada adopts the positional warfare mode that leaves no shortcut for Yada except building up the brand by quality. Each product detail can reflect the corporate quality and philosophy. We, therefore, should buckle down to prevent any illegal operation with artisan spirit. Self-enhancement does not come from slogan. Only down-to-earth fulfillment of our commitment can raise our values. The residents’ comprehensive feeling and experience are the real judgement criteria of a product rather than verbal propaganda. In Yangxian Xishan Project, we commit ‘Two Excesses’ and ‘Two Nevers’, namely the delivery exceeding our promise to the owners; supporting facilities & services provided exceeding customers’ expectation; never cheating on workmanship & materials; and never overstatement to mislead consumption. Even common work can lead to extraordinary life. No inborn expert. But consistent concentration and enough time can bring out professionalism.


To the corporate management present, Chairman Mr. Jiang stressed that, “We should reach a consent that a successful company is able to cultivate a group of professional managers. A company does not only play the role of a platform to make a living for staff, but also a platform for their personal growth and development. Only caring the growth of every staff can bring a company support. So the management should ask whether they understand the staff’s career plan and their state in life and work. The management should make efforts to let staff feel proud of working at Yada and be unregretful following their leaders. Besides following Yada’s corporate cultural concept, the management need to build up a good team and insist on an equal appraisal system.


At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning said, “On the 5th anniversary of Yada, I expressed that, ‘Success is still far, although we have sealed the game’. Today this is also what I want to say. Although Yada has made commercial success, our pursuit never ends from a wider perspective. What we sell is not only the house, but also the lifestyle. It is a spiritual product with empathy. What Yada devotes itself to is a great social practice with significance and value. That requires us to pay attention to details, efficiency and our own capacity. I believe that, we, personally participating in this social practice, will be proud of what we witness and what we do today in the future.”


During the forum, participants expressed their own views and opinions based on their work. They said, they were proud to work at Yada and regarded their work as a life-long career rather than a job. Meanwhile, they understood the responsibilities of their work. They should keep pace with the development of Yada by breaking conventional way of thinking and making good use of creativity & vision to the greatest extend of their capacity. When some staff put forward their confusion on work, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning gave them detailed replies.
