Revised Draft of Aged-care Institutions Administrative Measures Asks for Comment

The Ministry of Civil Affairs issued a notice on official website on 14th, saying that in order to widely listen to the public's opinions and further improve the quality of legislation, the full text of the "Administrative Measures for  Aged-care Institutions (Revised Draft)" is now published to solicit opinions from the public. The revised draft has increased the intensity of post-disciplinary actions and the punishment methods for warnings, as well as improved the behavior of the aged-care institutions in taking legal responsibilities. The revised draft has 7 chapters and 50 articles for soliciting opinions. Compared with the current Measures, there are 17 new articles and 30 revised articles.
