Yada Yangxian Xishan Calls for Concerted Efforts from Operation & Management Sections

On the afternoon of April 29th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning held Yada Health Park Operation & Management Cadre Mobilization Meeting at Yada Yangxian Xishan.

First of all, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, there are only four months left before the Project’s first phase delivery and the Town Center opening. This meeting is aiming at adjusting the current organization structure and personnel, further defining responsibilities, strengthening functions according to new duties and requirements for the corporate development, as well as calling upon the entire personnel to meet the corporate new development phase and challenges with professional spirit and work status. Chairman Mr. Jiang said, the company would enter into the dual-track phase of construction and operation soon. With the first group of residents moving in and Town Center opening, the operation section will face a severe test. The tasks, such as how to serve residents, how Town Center plays the role of Yangxian National Tourism Resort Tourists Center, how to establish the featured service system based on Yada Academy, Culture & Art Center and other supporting facilities, etc., will be the key subject to think about and practice in for the next step.

Participants shared their work perception at Yada and gave many specific suggestions based on their own job. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning fully affirmed the work achievements of all departments, and asked the operation managers and responsible people of all departments to work actively and undertake duties in a cooperative manner based on the meeting adjustments, as well as practice down-to-earth to polish Yada brand according to the corporate “Two Exceeds” principles.
