Yada Health Park Finance & Tax Policy Communicating Forum Held

On the afternoon of July 16th, Director of Yangxian Ecological Tourism Resort Management Office Mr. Zhang Min with Director of Yixing Municipal Finance Bureau Mr. Di Shengjun and responsible persons of Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Municipal Tax Bureau paid a special visit to Yixing Yada Health Park for investigation and held the Finance & Tax Policy Communicating Forum. Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning attended the meeting.

In the Forum, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced Yada Health Park’s overall construction situation and Town Center’s projects attraction progress and business layout. According to him, Yada Health Park would enter into dual-track stage of construction and operation, along with the delivery of Yada Yangxian Xishan Project Phase I in batches since the end of this August as planned and the opening of Town Center in early September. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, as the tourists center of mountain area in southern Yixing, Town Center would make great efforts to play the role of industrial platform, i.g. improving the regional tourism and service system by establishing public supporting facilities, promoting Yixing culture and traditions and creating feature tourism brand by organizing varied forms of activities as well as advancing the local tax source development by setting up investment attraction platform.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning expected the Tourism Resort Management Committee to give full play to its functional role in government-enterprise coordination and communication, making customized support policy on public utilities operation by relevant authorities, as well as providing convenient conditions and policy support on investors settling down and owner start-ups investment, and cultivate and promote the local industrial development jointly.

By continuous expansion and enrichment of business type during Project construction, Yada has established public facilities of 100,000 m2, among which Yada Hospital, Sports & Fitness Center and Yada Theater would be open to the public. Town Center, also the national tourism resort tourists center, requires not only the corporate own efforts, but also support from the government to guarantee its operation service quality. In the sense, the government should customize practical policies in a durative manner to promote the healthy operation of Town Center and boost the upgrading of the entire tourism resort, said Director of Yangxian National Tourism Resort Management Office Mr Zhang Min.

Director of Yixing Municipal Finance Bureau Mr. Di Shengjun highly affirmed the positive role of Yada Project in Yixing social and economic development. He pointed out that, introducing and clustering varied forms of excellent resources, Yada Yangxian Xishan needs concerted interconnection and care from the government, the enterprise and all sectors of the society. He stressed out from four aspects: promptly implementing existing policies, working out and introducing customized policies more beneficial to the Project sustainable operation and the clustering of high-quality customers, excellent subjects and outstanding resources, further optimizing mechanism for assuring service of functional departments and fully cooperating with the Tourism Resort Management Office in Project support and security.

During the Forum, Deputy Director of Municipal Finance Bureau Mr. Zhu Chaohui explained the related finance and tax policies and proposed specific opinions and possible financial supporting methods based on practical needs faced by Town Center during going concern and industrial expansion and application points of policies.

Relevant responsible persons from Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Finance Bureau and Municipal Tax Bureau, Hufu Town Mayor Mr. Zong Hui and Yada management team members, including Mr. Dong Huanbo, Mr. Liu Naifa and Mr. Miao Jiliang attended the meeting.
