Five Days Before Supermarket Opening

On August 26th, Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I Delivery was only 5 days away.

As one of key supporting facilities for residents’ daily consumption, Xishan Supermarket in the Town Center was in full swing decoration to meet the deadline. To open on August 30th and offer service to residents after delivery, staff from different departments of the Project help with the preopening, including administration department, logistic department, real estate department, food & beverage department and Yada Academy. They joined in carrying the freight. Cars of beverages were moved to the storage. Grocery goods were placed on the shelves piece by piece.

The supermarket was like a battlefield. All participants shuttled between the supermarket and the storage. In a heat, all people were soaked with sweat. Their clothing was smeared with dust.

Only one belief was left in all people’s heart – opening before August 30th to meet residents’ demands.

Actually, Xishan Supermarket was just a epitome of Yada Project during construction.

In Lequn Canteen in diagonally opposite of the Supermarket, you can see people busying there, Lequn, the canteen brand of Yada, also known as a time-honored brand of Beijing Normal University (BNU), is contributed to offer simple school meal to residents and tourists. There would also be a place for BNU alumni to recall the youth.

To ensure the opening as scheduled, all people put in extra hours to purchase items, place tableware, and do the final sprint. They put all efforts into the opening preparation by giving up times with families and for entertainment.

All workers contributes their spare time to the things emergent and unfinished while finishing their own work. More importantly, everyone was full of passion and without any complaint.

Especially the engineering team pushed the construction forward in full swing since the year beginning even though experiencing the epidemic, plum rains and high temperature. They made good preparation and laid solid foundation to save time for the following work when processing water and power supply facility installation, inner decoration, road pavement and landscape creation.

In the corporate culture, Yada shares a sentence by Mr. Sun Wu, Success belongs to those who share in one purpose. It brings Yada people together, no matter who he is, a leadership or a front-line staff. In Yada, work is regarded as the duty of everyone.

The theme of Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I Delivery is Home at Xishan. For Yada people, Xishan has become one of their home.

Three Years of A Town

On August 10th 2020, Dongpo Pavilion, on the top of Xishan by the side of Yangxian Lake, grandly opened.

The opening was regarded as a conclusion for Yada’s achievement in the past three years since it invested in Yixing.

There was a horizontal inscribed board on the top floor of Dongpo Pavilion. It wrote Xishan Beautiful Scenery.

Standing on Dongpo Pavilion, you would have a wonderful view over Yangxian landscape with rolling hills and rippling waters. Among the landscape, Jiangnan-style yards were most attractive.  

Grey walls, black bricks and green trees. It is like the watery towns drawn by Mr. Wu Guanzhong.

Three years ago, Yada entered into the agreement with Yixing Government in Nanjing on investment in Yixing International Tourism Zone and Yada Health Ecological Park on August 10th 2017. They became the largest tourism project in Yixing in the term of investment scale.

There was a two-person group photo in Origin Hall of Dongpo Pavilion. Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning and General Manager of Yixing Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi was making a survey of the site on the photo. Mr. Jiang’s shirt was soaked with sweat. But he was still staring into the distance as if deep in thought.

This photo was taken on July 13th 2018. It was in the hot summer of Southern China.

Then, here was undeveloped with exposed mine and miscellaneous trees. No normal roads. Only few farmhouse without smoke from kitchen chimneys.

The Yixing dream of tourism rejuvenation took root, sprouted and grew up year by year.

Time flies. With crowds coming and going on Yangxian Lake levee, Yada was building a beautiful home.  

One day, a pavilion stood on the top of exposed mine hill. Tourists went here from the other side of the Lake to explore it with curiosity.

When the car was driving into the wide and clear Xishan Road, beautiful landscape ran into eyes. On one side, it is the Lakeside Park with the view of lake and forests. On the other side, there were Chinese style wellness yards with Jiangnan elements.

You can enter into Town Center from Yangxian Xishan memorial gate and through Qianyuan Gallery Bridge. Here combined Jiangnan ancient town’s feelings and modern fashion. Here is also the comprehensive service center of Yangxian Xishan Town and the tourists’ center of Yangxian National Tourism Zone.

Through the corridor in the south of Fengyue Pavilion, you can find Yada Academy Life Book Store. Here fills the elegance of book and tea. It is a living room full of life fun and a place for Yada residents mind.

Outside of the Book Store, there is a round square surrounded by class rooms for dancing, painting, handcraft, chess and cards and video. Neighborhoods gathered to dance, writing, baking or playing chess like old friends.

This is daily life in Yangxian Xishan.

Town Canteen is like the kitchen of residents. Fresh and healthy food material are made into varied kinds of dishes to meet different demands.

After dinner, residents could walk along Lakeside Park. Hear bird singing in the bamboo forests and enjoy fragrance of flowers besides waters. If you are in high spirit, you can climb up Dongpo Pavilion to enjoy the view of Xishan.

Three year ago, here was wild. In three years, it has become a small town with rich oxygen. It is known as Yada speed.

Yada created a living space and spiritual hometown in the hills and waters Su Dongpo loved based on their persistence and pursuit.

This is the Picture of Living in Wangchuan Hill described in the poem of Wang Wei. This is also Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival by Zhang Zeduan. It is Xishan of Ten Lis in the mind of Yada.

Take the right way to win a great future

At nine o’clock on August 27th, the First Meeting Room of Yada Academy was still lighted up brightly. Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I Delivery Preparation Meeting was going on then. Only two days left away from the formal delivery.

During three-year construction, Phase I has completed to wait for their owners. Yada expected a smooth delivery.

Chairman Mr. Jiang asked all staff to ensure services in place during delivery. He has made a clear request to the project team for "two excesses", the delivery exceeding our promise to the owners and supporting facilities and services provided exceeding customers’ expectation. Neither cheating on workmanship and materials nor overstatement to mislead consumption.

“Take the right way to win a great future” is the core value of Yada.

Yada is strict with itself as a qualified corporate citizen since investment in Yixing three years ago. It strives to polish every detail and reach perfection to own’s capacity.  

Public First is one of corporate development concepts. During construction of Yada Yangxian Xishan, Yada invested heavily to build up the public supporting facilities. It transformed the planned star-rating hotel into a theater. It would build up a sports center and a hospital, which improves the urbanization of counties. It organizes free trainings for local homestay owners and offers mass employment.

On August 30th 2020, Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I would be delivered. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning has left Yixing for 40 years.

In August 1980, Mr. Jiang left hometown to Beijing for study. After graduation, he worked in university and investment. He built up Wuzhen Yada International Health Park that could be called as the benchmark and example of Chinese aged-care industry.

40 year later, Mr. Jiang placed his career plan in Yixing, like the poem of Su Dongpo “Where my heart get peace, where I get home”. Now he invested his experience and resources to rural tourism revitalization of his hometown and excellent development of Yixing.

In several municipal administration meetings, Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed out that, Yada did not only invest in Yixing, but also take root and integrate in Yixing.

With the delivery of Phase I, the life in Yada Yangxian Xishan with rich oxygen will come true like a picture besides Yangxian Lake.

Life here is beautiful scenery of lake and hills, domestic trivia in Town Center, cheerful voices in Yada Academy, and yummy dishes in Town Canteen. It is also a pastoral landscape dream created by Yada’s time, experience, space, service, intelligence and dedication.

The dream is described in Mr. Tao Yuanming’s “see Nanshan carefree and leisurely” and in Mr. Su Dongpo’s “where my heart get peaceful, where I get home”. It is the hometown protected by everyone of Yada. It is the idea and future for Yixing southern mountain area tourism integration development and Yangxian National Tourism Zone revitalization.
