Anya Garden of Wuzhen Graceland Grandly Opens

On September 26th, Anya Garden, the new cluster of Wuzhen Graceland, grandly opened.

At the end of this August, Anya Garden firstly unveiled its sample rooms. Till now, Anya Garden has received more than 4000 visitors in total. Due to continual capital verification applications, three additional buildings, namely 3#, 13# and16#, have to be brought to market in advance. Anya Garden has become the “celebrity” of Graceland since its debut.

On the opening day, crowds of customers lined up at the site very early. Even some came from Shanghai one day earlier, just for having a chance to select their favored apartment. Some residents purchased more apartments with good friends.

In less than one hour since the opening, over 100 apartments have been sold out. The total sales reached 200 million yuan, which renewed Graceland sale record.

Hot sales owed to residents’ support, for exceeding 50% of residents repurchased this time.
