New Chinese-style Garden Demonstration Zone of Gaochun Graceland Opens

On September 26th, Chinese-style Garden Life Demonstration Zone of Gaochun Graceland, after nearly one-year of design, style confirmation, construction and garden landscape creation, was officially open to the public.

Jiangnan Yard locates by Guchen Lake with beautiful landscape and iin the Gaochun old streets with thousands of years of prosperity. It introduced Chinese elegance into modern life situation.

Suzhou Garden inspires the creation of Jiangnan Yard Landscape Demonstration Zone. Based on the design drawings, craftsmen applied elements inspired by forest and rivers exploration, such as lake stones, pools, pavilions, galleries, bushes and flora, to the Garden. By sophisticated and distinctive creation methods, they made the Garden a mountains-and-waters painting with Chinese culture.

Through memorial gate, it is seen that winding roads with waving shadows by trees, rocks on both sides to create changing sceneries and galleries and pavilions far away hidden in flora.

Galleries linking streets and lanes do not only lead residents back home, but also divide water courtyard to add interest of space. On the ends of the gallery, there are one pavilion and one waterside pavilion, one as the side view of gallery, the other as recreation space for tea-tasting, enjoying music, viewing fish…

Seen from the waterside pavilion, the Chinese-style classic garden landscape, including rockwork, bridges, and waters and winding paths, forms changing sceneries like a natural Chinese-style mountain-and-waters painting.

Walking on the path of water courtyard seems immersing in a picture. The landscape extending to the entry door brings in an experience of courtyard-and-house integration.

On the morning of 26th, many residents came to the Demonstration Zone to visit the elegant scene with Chinese life aesthetics. On the site, there are delicate pastries, interactive calligraphy performance, Zheng performance and tea art performance to create a immersive garden show.

Jiangnan Yard borrows Chinese grace into modern life scenery and forms a living aesthetic space integrating oriental charm and proper luxury.

Panoramic windows introduce landscape outside in. Every window is like a picture. The boundary between inside and outside has been merged into multi-level artistic conception.

All rooms including master bedroom, children‘s room or guest room, can be designed integrally to ensure dignity and privacy.

5.4-meter high basement can be customized into cellar door, video room, living room, chess room and any other functional space based on the owner’s interest.

Jiangnan Yard integrates AAAA-rating scenic spots on Gaochun old street, Gucheng Lake of million mu, comprehensive urban supporting facilities for culture and tourism and Jiangnan-style garden into one.

Jiangnan Yard Phase I will welcome the first residents by the end of 2020.
