Yada Gaochun HLTP Held Project Operation Thematic Meeting

On the afternoon of October 28th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning listened to the thematic report on Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park (HLTP) operation and made work deployment. Partner of CYTS Hongqi Fund Mr. Liu Guangming, Chairman of Yada Senior Living Group Mr. Zhou Jianping, Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo and General Manager of Yada Construction Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

In the meeting, the Project construction team gave the first report on the progress of each zone and the current key work. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that a high quality project integrating wellness and cultural tourism would be completed through three-year unremitting efforts and inventive construction. He asked to play functional role, define and implement responsibilities of each side, accelerate the delivery of public supporting facilities, improve the asset property service ability, enhance the reference and learning among projects. According to him, the final delivery should exceed the promise to residents and the supporting facilities and services should exceed the clients’ expectation.

The Project operation team reported the scenic area company’s three-year development plan and the preparation for the scenic area operation. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning asked the operation team to improve work efficiency and speed up to finalize the commercial business pattern of the Park based on the theme and positioning. He also stressed to enhance lateral communication and operation concept and seek growth by high quality. Then, he made specific requirements on the preopening and opening deadline of Gucheng Bay New Century Hotel.

Partner of CYTS Hongqi Fund Mr. Liu Guangming asked the Project team to learn domestic outstanding cultural tourism business pattern, enhance industrial exchanges and learning for better operational level.

Before the meeting, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning with the management team had a dialogue with leadership of Gaochun District Party Committee and District Government and exchanged opinions on Yada Gaochun HLTP construction and operation.
