Yada Held Operational Sector Business Planning Seminar

On October 30th 2020, Yada Operational Planning Seminar was held at Yada Yangxian Xishan. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning listened to the business planning of Yixing and Wuzhen Projects, and made key instructions. Members of Yada management team Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang, Mr. Dong Huanbo, Mr. Li Suiching, Mr. Xu Bin, Ms. Song Liying, Mr. Liu Xuezhong, Mr. Liu Naifa and Mr. Zhu Qianhui attended the meetings.

On the morning of the 30th, Yixing Project operation team reported Town Center’s operation and merchant invitation as well as the business planning of Yada Academy, self-owned restaurants and the tea company. In the afternoon, Wuzhen Project operation team introduced the planning of rehabilitation hospital, nursing home, wellness and aged-care service, self-owned restaurants and Alila Hotel.

Having listened to the department heads of each business sector, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that it is time to introduce comprehensive budget management as three projects in Wuzhen, Yixing and Gaochun had entered into the stage of operation and construction proceeding in parallel. The budget management could clarify responsibilities, establish sustainable business pattern, cultivate capabilities for independent operation and management, and guarantee a robust development of each business unit in three Projects.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning asked to strengthen the inter-connection and experience sharing among business sectors. In the commercial operation, three projects should take the residents’ needs into consideration, carry out precise positioning, introduce rich commercial content and create the town life full of vitality according to their commercial features. Special attention should be paid to food and beverage services which socialized the housework by good services by resident canteens, and boost the process of catering service unification in three projects. Yada Academy should be the carrier to hold diversified cultural activities and courses and become the spiritual homeland and cultural highland of the residents. Yada Rehabilitation Hospital was asked to expand clinical departments to meet residents’ demands on healthcare based on sound specialty development. It was also important to enhance the operation team building and reserve talent for the future. He also asked to strengthen the management, refine budget units, implement the linkage among responsibilities, authority and incentives, and gradually set up a competitive salary assessment system for the operation sectors, and keep a continuous high-quality service level for Yada residents.

The participants had exchanges on the development planning of business sectors accordingly and offered specific suggestions based on their own work ranges. According to Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning, the management should act proactively, dare to bear and escort the development of operation business.

The operation teams from Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park and Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park also attended the meetings above accordingly.
