Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund Investors Meeting 2020 Held

On December 22nd 2020, Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund Investors Meeting 2020 was successfully held at Yixing Yada Yangxian Xishan in Jiangsu. Founding Partner of Yada Aged-care Industrial Fund Mr. Jiang Jianning, investor representatives, Partner of IDG Mr. Li Jianguang, Managing Directors of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President Ms. Song Liying and General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the meeting.

In the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhu Haoyi introduced the development and construction progress of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yada Yangxian Xishan) and Gaohchun Yada Health Leisure Tourism Park that were invested by the Fund and those Projects’ planning idea in detail. He also reported the sales and deliveries of the three Projects to investors in this year. So far, the three Projects were in process orderly as plan.

General Manager Mr. Dong Huanbo introduced the financial operations of the Fund since establishment to investors in detail, and explained the Fund’s profit forecast in 2020.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning summarized the Fund’s general operation situation of this year and its overall arrangement in the future. He said, Yada Capital had always insisted on the original heart of pursuing high-quality and sustainable management & control mode. In the future, Yada Capital would continue to exert itself to face varied kinds of challenges with sincere and endurance, keep exceeding former achievements, make efforts to create more financial returns for investor and continuously offer high-quality service to residents.

In the meeting, investors fully affirmed the investment achievement of the Fund in 2020. They highly spoke of the management team’s professional ethics that they completed the work progress as schedule under the severe epidemic. They also gave a high appraisal to Yada’s social influence in domestic aged-care and healthcare industries. Participants then had an in-depth exchanges on hot topics such as the development and changes of aged-care and healthcare industries in post-epidemic era.

Yada Aged-care Fund is a healthcare and aged-care industrial fund jointly set up by Yada and IDG. In April 12th 2017, the Fund passed the review of China Asset Management Association, and was awarded the certificate as the Private Equity Fund Manager with the serial number P1062350.
