Alila Wuzhen Won Multiple Industry Awards

As the end of Chinese lunar year of Mice approaching, Alila Wuzhen has won a series of industry grand prizes that represented great affirmation from the industry at multiple dimensions, including customer experience, industrial reputation and product features.



Alila Wuzhen has been awarded 2020 Best Vacation Hotel and Resort in China by Weekend Hotel website. The website offers excellent reservation service of distinctive vacation hotels and resorts with good reputation for middle and high-end customers to meet their demands on leisure and vacation. The Award fully affirms the facility quality and service level of Alila Wuzhen as a high-quality vacation resort.



The Hotel also won 2020 Most Recommended Award of Ctrip Hotel Reputation List. Candidates for the List covered more than 2000 middle and high starred hotels in over 400 cities. Ctrip selected unique hotels of each city based on travel data of 400 million Ctrip users, authentic assessments by 120 million users and more than ten million votes. The result was objective for it came from user’s opinion. The List is regarded as an accommodation guidance with high reference value by travelers.



On January 21st, Voyage magazine released 2020 Best Hotel & Resort Value Award result. Alila Wuzhen was awarded China’s TOP 50 Hotels. The Award’s evaluation lasted half a year for a series of procedure, including public vote and judge appraisal, in order to select the most worthy hotels for staying among same type.



Alila Wuzhen, invested and constructed by Yada, follows the vacation philosophy of “Built for Pleasant Surprises”. Details related to improve customer experience have been taken into consideration during design and construction. Before opening, it has got Best Hotel Award by Architizer A+Awards, the Oscar of the global architecture. Since its opening on 28th October 2018, the Hotel has won good reputation in virtue of outstanding customer service. Since the early stage of COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, the Hotel has followed the requirements from the Group and relevant authorities to carry out epidemic prevention measures. It is verified by the STAR Facility Accreditation from Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) for performing the Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment and guaranteeing the health and safety of its staff and customers, highly affirmed by industry and users.
