19.6% Beijing Population Older than 60 ​

On May 19th, the 7th nationalwide census data was released. According to the data, there are 4.299 million people over 60 years old in Beijing, with an increasing proporation of 19.6%. The aging degree further deepens. Among them, there are 2.912 million people who are older than 65 years old, 13.3% of the total population.
