GOA, the industrial leading architect, is in charge of its design. GOA was the designer of Hangzhou Tao Hua Yuan and Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake.

We invited Mr. Song Shuhua to be in charge of the landscape. He is the famous landscape designer in China and General Manager of GTS. Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake is one of his works.

Jiangnan Yard adopts the traditional garden creation method as blueprint. It is a Chinese-style yard with high walls surrounding. All yards are linked by the lanes, forming a living system suitable for stay and travel. 

Accoring to the architectural planning, landscape resource and traveling traffic, the space is divided into public complex, public lanes and neighborhood by lanes.

The size of products in Jiangnan Yard ranges from 350 to 480㎡. The house is compose of two stories on the ground and one basement. The overall layout adopts large space with short depth that could meet today's demands on living.
