Yada Held Gucheng Bay Preopening Special Session

On the afternoon of May 27th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning heard the special report on Yada Gucheng Bay opening preparation and made work arrangement at Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. General Manager of Yada Construction Mr. Zhu Haoyi, General Manager of CYTS Linkage Mr. Li Dongchuan and Assistant Vice President of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Ziyang attended the meeting.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning paid a site-visit to Yada Gucheng Bay construction field and made a request on construction quality and related details. He stressed out that the construction quality should embody the originality and concentration of Yada, with a special emphasis on the scenic zone’s safety management. According to him, the safety during the tour in the scenic zone had the top priority in all work. Any potential safety hazard should be eliminated. Chairman Mr. Jiang pointed out that, as a qualified tourist destination, Gucheng Bay should have artistic architectures and landscape, abundant business type and good service, and feature its parent-child theme.

After the site-visit, Chairman Mr. Jiang listened to the operation team on preopening preparation and current difficulties. He asked the project team to accelerate the construction progress; improve the infrastructure and safety management & control system, develop risk emergency plan to ensure the operation of the scenic zone in compliance with regulations; pay more attention to the preparation of business highlighting its features and parent-child theme; optimize the organizational structure of operation team and implement job responsibilities. At last, Chairman Mr. Jiang required Yada staff to work together for the same purpose and bring out a good quality Yada Gucheng Bay.

After this meeting, Mr. Jiang with Yada team had a meeting with Secretary of Gaochun District Party Commission Mr. Wu Yongqiang and other leadership of Gaochun District government. He reviewed Gaochun Park’s construction and operation in the past four years and expressed his gratitude to the District government for its care and support. Then, he gave a detailed introduction on Yada Gucheng Bay pre-opening preparation and related matters to be coordinated. According to him, Yada Gucheng Bay would be delivered following Yada standard and Gaochun District government. It would become the tourist center of Gaochun all-for-one tourism and a high-quality parent-child vacation theme destination in Nanjing.

Having heard the report, Secretary Mr. Wu Yongqiang fully affirmed the preparation work of Yada Gucheng Bay. He said, Gaochun District government would fully cooperate to handle the difficulties and ensure the scenic zone open as plan and run in a high-quality manner. He expect Yada Gucheng Bay to be a new driving force for Gaochun all-for-one tourism and lead the upgrading of the destination tourism business pattern.
