Yada Held 4th Gucheng Bay Preopening Special Session and Mobilization & Work Arrangement Meeting

From the afternoon of June 28th to the morning of 29th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning visited Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park and listened to the 4th preopening special report and arranged the opening mobilization work. Yada management team members Mr. Dong Huanbo, Mr. Liu Xuezhong, Mr. Yang Kui and General Manager of CYTS Linkage Mr. Li Dongchuan attended the activities above.

On the afternoon of the 28th, Mr. Jiang went around Yada Gucheng Bay scenic area to inspect the execution of works, operation preparation progress and state of commerce operation.

He asked the engineering team to accelerate the remaining part of the project and the detail optimization, assure the construction quality and deliver a delightful scenic area with beautiful landscape. During the investigation on business, sight-seeing route and service procedure, he required both scenic area and hotel operation teams to optimize the functional layout and travel route, pay more attention to details of service and offer friendly and excellent services based on the travel experience.

At evening, Mr. Jiang accompanied main leaders from Gaochun District Party Commission and Government to inspect the night lighting project of Gucheng Bay. They had a meeting on the opening preparation, operation service and propaganda work.

On the afternoon of the 29th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning heard about the reports on the scenic area operation and marketing preparation respectively, and made the preopening mobilization and work arrangement. On the operation work, he asked all levels of managers to have the awareness of safe, well-arranged and standardized operation, find and solve problems foresightedly, follow operation specification and procedure in a strict manner, undertake the responsibility for the society, the tourists, the company and themselves; focus on key projects and main customer group during the phase of trial running, keep innovating and optimizing business pattern and layout to further enhance the positioning of parent-child theme; continue to improve service quality and professional proficiency, and better each detail of service diligently. In marketing, he required to develop accurate market strategy depending on the local and surrounding customer groups, and pay attention to the market demands and feedback. On the team, he asked all sections of the Project to improve the cooperation quality and efficiency, complement each other and push the Project forward coordinatively; enhance team building, try to create a professional team with responsibility and aspiration; set up the big-picture thinking, and achieve great success based on the same purpose.

At last, Mr. Jiang on the behalf of Yada expressed his gratitude to all staff of Gaochun Project for their efforts, and wished Gucheng Bay could grandly open and grow steadily.
