Peace of Mind is My Home

Home is our warm bay, in particular in the Mid-autumn night. A family gathered to spend happy time. Graceland is a place making our mind peaceful. Here, we call each other - family members.

We build up the sense of belonging and trust in varied kinds of community activities. Graceland is not only our home, but our hometown.

Here, we are not a resident, but also a creator to join in the construction of good living environment.

Warm Neighborhood like Family Members

Daily activities brought the relationship of neighbors closer. We met, understood and helped each other. In such a full-moon night, Gaochun Graceland Mid-autumen Party began.

Parent-child clothes looked full of sense of ceremony.

Interesting games brought the atmosphere to a new high. Smiles were on the face of children. 

Winners shared their prizes (candies) to other children. Moms met their friends and talked about how to educate children. Dads were talking about when to play football together.

In the glorious Gucheng Bay scenic zone, charming atmosphere was full in the air of autumn.

At the Spring-autumn Pavilion, residents floated the river lanterns on the river for good luck. 

Compared with watching the moon alone, it is more significant to stay with families.

Good Life Depending on Joint Development

Lively Mid-autumn activities was only the epitome of Graceland life. We were trying more options to create more happiness. 

Lohas courses suitable for all ages turn neighbors into classmates. We exercise painting, calligraphy, dancing with friends, and even playing Lego with children. Here, we continue to expand our sight and make more warm memories.

Now we have  had many clubs and held varied kinds of activities, such as photography, dancing, Beijing Opera and etc.
