From October 16th to 20th, more than 500 departments at Cloud Housing Cluster of Yada Yangxian Xishan was successfully delivered.

Cloud is a multi-story apartment cluster at Yada Yangxian Xishan, integrating varied original ecology landscape, such as mountain, water, tea, bamboo and pavilion. With Yada Tea Park to the south, Dongpo Pavilion to the north and close to core living supporting facilities, such as the Town Center and Yada Theater, Cloud owns excellent location and offers convenient life to residents.

In addition, the delivery standard of Cloud contains more than 30 user-friendly designs, including entrance digital lock, Panasonic’s folding door and pull-down storage baskets.

Along the move-in of new residents, Yada Yangxian Xishan Projects have delivered five clusters, namely Lake, Mountain, Bamboo, Purity of Mind and Cloud with more than 1000 households. One third of the residents are the local. The rest comes from many cities in the south of Jiangsu province and a reasonable percentage are from Beijing and Shanghai. Within this year, two Chinese-style courtyard clusters “Stream” and “Wintersweet” will be delivered as plan. Yada Panasonic Community and the Chinese-style courtyard cluster “Tea” are under construction in a well-organized manner.

On August 10th 2017, the agreement of Yada Yangxian Xishan Project was signed.
