Yaohu Town Project Held Construction Promotion Work Meeting

On November 9th 2021, Yaohu Town Construction Promotion Work Meeting and Convention Center Decoration Design Review Meeting were held at the project’s engineering headquarters. Chairman of Yada Group Mr. Jiang Jianning and Chief Planner of the Project Mr. Chen Xianghong co-chaired the meeting. Members of Yaohu Town construction management team, project design team and Yada Capital management team attended the above meetings.

At the meeting, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning and Chief Planner Mr. Chen Xianghong put forward clear requirements on the overall project promotion plan and the goal of "Storming Fortifications over 100 Days". After listening to the in-depth design plan reported by the convention center design team, Mr. Jiang Jianning and Mr. Chen Xianghong came up with optimization opinions on the design plan from various aspects such as highlighting humanistic characteristics of Yixing, adhering to environmental protection concept and energy saving, as well as attaching importance to harmonious ecological environment.

Yaohu Town has a total investment of 13 billion yuan with a planned construction area of 730,000 square meters. It is positioned as a pure ecological, full-time, diversified experiencing leisure & vacation tourist destination.

The completed and under construction area of Yaohu Town has reached 630,000 square meters. The core area of "Three Hotels and Three Centers" is progressing smoothly, among which the Visitor Center, Yaohu Resort Hotel, and Sand Kiln Hotel have been completed and entered decoration stage. Convention Center and Tea Garden Hotel are also about to complete civil work. Other lakeside landscape architecture, streets, sightseeing trains, performance shows, etc. are progressing in an orderly manner.
