Yada Sunshine Club Established for Creating Community Activities with Warmth

On the afternoon of November 12th, the establishment ceremony of Yada Yangxian Xishan's seventh owner club-"Sunshine Club" was successfully held in Bamboo Community. Nearly 50 residents from Yada communities participated in the activity.

Sunshine Club is the seventh club established by owners spontaneously after the interest organizations such as calligraphy & painting, gardening, research journey, pottery and tea art in Yangxian Xishan. It is also the club with oldest average age of participating members, initiated and established by elderly residents over 80 years old to have neighborhood interaction, integrate health activities of Yangxian Xishan into daily life, as well as share a good time together during later life.

At the beginning, Mr. Xu Genfa, the President of Sunshine Club, firstly gave a welcome speech and explained the purpose of the club as exercising together, pleasuring body & mind, thinking lively, and enjoying later life. Mr. Yang Kui, Co-founder of Yada Academy, Writer and Calligrapher, on behalf of Yada company members, expressed sincere blessings for the establishment of the club, and hoped the elderly residents would be healthy and happy.

During the ceremony, members of Sunshine Club presented brilliant talent performances. Silver-haired elders sang well-known old songs such as "Without Communist Party, There Would be no New China" to reminisce about youth and appreciate life. Club members also performed Peking opera, flute solo, poetry recitation, dance solo, etc., bringing event atmosphere to climax again and again.

The in-charges of Yada Academy and Yada Greentown Property Sector respectively expressed their warm congratulations on the establishment of Sunshine Club, hoping to better serve the club activities and the community residents’ daily lives in the future.

Other resident clubs of Yangxian Xishan also sent out their blessings through drawing, calligraphy, singing, dancing, opera and other forms. Ji Ya Calligraphy and Painting Club presented a couplet "Enjoying Life and Companion in Mountains and Rivers, Gathering Friends and Happiness at Yangxian Xishan". Orchid Gardening Club brought potted orchids and a song of "Five-Star Red Flag". Lakeside Singing Club sang Shanghai Opera "Canary". Xishan Tea Club, Dongda Research Club, Koan Pottery Club and Vocal Music Class representatives jointly sang "Edelweiss ".

At the event, Founder of Sunshine Club Ms. Liu Quanzhen and Dean of Yada Academy Ms. Luo Xuhua jointly unveiled the nameplate of Yada Sunshine Club. The club name represents positive mental outlook of the elderly and their longing for beautiful life.

At the end, Dean Ms. Luo presented flowers to the club on behalf of Yada Academy, and invited seniors over 80 years old to cut celebration cake together, wishing the seniors a sweet and happy sunset life in Yangxian Xishan.

In the future, Yada Yangxian Xishan will continue to upgrade and optimize characteristic community services, as well as to constantly advance in creating warm community activities, for bringing good time of life to all residents in Yada projects.
