2nd Delivery of Gaochun Graceland Successfully Completed

On November 20^th 2021, Nanjing Gaochun Graceland successfully completed the second delivery. Owners of 50 households in buildings 70# and 71# moved into their ideal homes, beginning their brand-new better life.

The buildings delivered this time locate along the central landscape axis of Gaochun Graceland, with beautiful scenery, tranquil environment and advantageous position. On the west side, the buildings are close to Gucheng Bay Scenic Area and the Chinese-style water-town yard. On the east side, they are adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool. All buildings are linked by corridors outside so that residents could conveniently reach the supporting facilities, such as the shared reading room and the outdoor swimming pool.

All delivered apartments are equipped with refined decoration and full internal facilities, such as central air conditioning, underfloor heating, customized background wall, customized closet and etc. To ensure the quality, all products are selected from high-end brands, including Grohe, Rinnai and Kohler. For a better living experience, the indoor installation is full of humanization details, like pull-down storage basket, Panasonic folding door, sensor night lamp, emergency button and safety grab bar.

In May, stores on Graceland Commercial Street started business in succession. In July, Gucheng Bay Scenic Area was open to the public.
