Yada Parks Held Complimentary Spring Festival Couplet Writing Activities

As the Year of Tiger approaching, Yada Parks have launched activities to welcome the lunar New Year in succession, creating joyful atmosphere and delivering good wishes. On January 14th and 15th, Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park and Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park organized Complimentary Spring Festival Couplets Writing activities respectively to bring Spring Festival blessings to residents in a traditional cultural way.

On the afternoon of January 14th, Wuzhen Park held “Writing Blessings Into Couplets” activity at the Water Street of Wuzhen Graceland. It was initiated by Yada Greentown Property Management Company. Graceland residents who were good at calligraphy were invited to write Spring Festival couplets and the character “福” (Fortune) for neighbors, adding festival sense to the community. The Activity completed 35 couplets and 40 pieces of Fortune characters in total, sharing among Graceland residents and blessing a fortunate year together.

On the morning of January 15th, Yangxian Ecotourism Resort held “Welcoming Spring Festival by Calligraphy, Sending Fortune to Families” activity at Town Center of Yixing Park, starting the classic Spring Festival series activity “Yangxian Spring Festival Holiday”. During the two-hour activity, 21 calligraphers from Zhangzhu Town wrote more than one thousand couplets and hundreds pieces of Fortunes to the Town residents and tourists. The site was full of ink fragrance and crowds, adding more festival atmosphere to Yada Yangxian Xishan.

On the afternoon of January 15th, January Residents Birthday Party of Yixing Park was held at Yada Academy. As the Spring Festival is coming around the corner, the Party sent birthday blessings by traditional festival customs, such as writing Fortunes and cutting window paper-cut, under the theme of “Celebrating Birthday by Fortune Writing and Welcoming Lunar New Year by Paper Cutting”. More than twenty residents and their relatives gathered together to welcome the New Year at Yangxian Xishan.

Spring Festival is one of the important traditional festivals in China. Based on project’s resource advantages and cultural features, Yada Parks elaborately organized festival celebration activities, such as Wuzhen Lunar New Year Fair and Yangxian Spring Festival Holiday, to enrich the holiday life, which won great popularity among residents. 2022 Spring Festival series activities have kicked off, including Welcoming Spring in Calligraphy, Ancient Customs Experience, Drones Show, the God of Wealth Sending Blessing, Lohas Games, Pet Cruise and etc., integrating classic with modern as well as enhancing experience and immersion. Yada will present a featured Spring Festival show, creating exclusive festival memory for community residents and local tourists.
