Yada Held Sharing Session on Operation

On January 13th, Yada Operation Sharing Session was held at New Century Resort Hotel Gucheng Bay of Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park. The operation teams from Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park, Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park and Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park attended the meeting. Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning listened to the report by principals of each business sectors and made work arrangements.

Seven representatives from three Parks had discussion and exchanges based on the operational practice of their Park respectively from aspects such as food & beverage service, community resident activity, commercial service & management and merchant attraction & management.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning listened carefully to the reports. He pointed out that, the food & beverage sector should further consolidate, set up accurate management mechanism, share purchasing resources, reduce purchase costs and expenses in a reasonable manner to achieve healthy and orderly operation. In addition, three Parks should organize regular theme exchanges and skill competition to improve the food & beverage staff’s sense of achievement and honor. Activities in the Parks should pay attention to the elderly’s spiritual and cultural life, explore community residents’ demands and enhance their enthusiasm in participation. Based on the composition of residents and resource advantage of each Park, Yada could introduce excellent external resources to add soft power to the brand. Park service and operation should fully integrate business sense for a sustainable development pattern.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed out that, as the Parks gradually enter into operational phase, they should strengthen connection and experience sharing among each other and internal sectors, enhance corporate culture construction with the core concept of Virtue for Future, create on-duty training and education conditions as well as explore potential of front-line employees to promote corporate development by enhancing employee value. All levels of Yada management should be proactive, innovative and cooperative to assure the planning and development of operational sectors.

After the Session, all participants visited Gucheng Bay Scenic Area at Gaochun Park. They experienced the series activities of Lighting Ceremony to bless the Year 2022 of Yada. Yada management team members Mr. Dong Ping, Mr. Liu Naifa and Mr. Zhu Qianhui attended the meeting and activities above.
